This video's been around a while, but it's worth watching. Through the magic of time lapse photography, you can get an idea of the changes Antarctica goes through over the course of a year.
This video was a demo clip I put together back in 2005 when I applied for the Artists and Writers grant to show the potential for time-lapse photography in Antarctica. A feature length film is due out later this year.
